Create and maintain control system documentation and lead controls engineering activities for capital and process improvement projects. Provide hands-on engineering support mentor engineers/technicians and occasionally act as a controls technician when required. Conduct training for plant teams on new equipment or control systems and provide off-hours support during implementation. Serve as a key technical resource for controls architecture system debugging equipment integration and process reliability improvement.
