Key Responsibilities Design develop and implement industrial control systems (PLC HMI SCADA). Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs). Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve complex electrical and control system issues. Develop and maintain accurate control system documentation including schematics and logic. Support commissioning startup and optimization of new and existing manufacturing equipment. Collaborate with production maintenance and engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability. Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards industry regulations and company policies. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development. Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet Modbus TCP/IP). Strong troubleshooting diagnostic and commissioning skills for automated machinery. Knowledge of industrial robotics (e.g. Fanuc KUKA ABB) and servo/motion control systems. Ability to read interpret and develop electrical schematics and control panel layouts. Familiarity with functional safety standards (e.g. ISO 13849 IEC 62061) and safety circuit design.
