Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 pm - 5:30 am$28 - $32 per hourFROM DOWNTIME TO GO-TIME YOU MAKE IT HAPPEN AS A STATIONARY EQUIPMENT TECHNICIANThe Stationary Equipment Technician ensures safe efficient operation of airport equipment through maintenance repairs and inspections.WHAT ITS LIKE TO WORK AS A STATIONARY EQUIPMENT TECHNICIANPerform routine inspections and maintenance on stationary equipment including baggage systems conveyor belts and HVAC systemsTroubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions repairing mechanical electrical or hydraulic issues promptlyCollaborate with the Stationary Equipment Supervisor to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation per maintenance schedulesMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities including repairs replacements and preventive tasksFollow established safety procedures including lockout/tagout protocols and use of PPEAssist in the installation and commissioning of new or modified equipment ensuring it meets operational standardsParticipate in on-call schedules to address after-hours equipment issues and ensure continuous availabilityExemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standardsPerform any additional duties as assigned by managementWHY WORK FOR PRIMEFLIGHTEnjoy benefits like 401(k) with matching health dental vision and life insurance paid time off growth opportunities and more (*part-time benefits may vary)We are committed to being a leading provider of commercial services within the aviation industryOur teams focus on maintaining a positive working environment and treating all team members with respectWith more than 200 locations across the world we offer opportunities for career progressionEnjoy a competitive pay scaleQUALIFICATIONS18 years of age or olderEligible to work in the United StatesMinimum of 2 years experience in equipment maintenance and repairBasic knowledge of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systemsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsMust have a valid state-issued drivers license with an acceptable driving recordCommunicate effectively in English (reading writing speaking)Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically including the use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets Computers and Mobile DevicesEffectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and through electronic meansPass a background check and drug screenEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA TSA Port Authority U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)Airlines are 24/7 so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidaysTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
