COO (Laredo, TX), Dvlp & direct co. operations; oversee & manage co. operations using all discretionary authority avail; provide leadership to the co. & mgmnt of its operations; dvlp & implement the co. operational strategic plan to advance the organizations mission & objectives & to promote the revenue, profitability & growth as an org; review & report financial statements to determine progress & status in attaining operational objectives, & revise objectives as necessary; direct operational planning & policy making; plan dvlp & implement co. operational goals; report to CEO & Board. A Mstrs deg in Int'l Biz + 6 yrs exp in transp & logistics at int'l level both, incl. basic knowledge of US Taxation.
