As we grow, were looking for dedicated individuals who want to be part of building something unique, meaningful, and lasting.The RoleThis role focuses on preparing high-quality, consistent meals in bulk according to set recipes and portioning standards. The grab and go meals produced in our kitchen require attention to detail and self-motivation in order to keep up with the high demand. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with others, and has a passion for delivering nutritious, great-tasting food.What Youll DoPrepare, cook, and portion meals according to standardized recipes and daily production listsMaintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all batchesFollow proper food safety, sanitation, and allergen-handling proceduresOperate and maintain kitchen equipment (ovens, mixers, slicers, vacuum sealers, etc.)Weigh, measure, and label ingredients for accurate inventory control.Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food stockClean and sanitize workstations, tools, and storage areas at the end of each shiftWork collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily and weekly production goalsWhat Youll NeedPrior experience in a commercial kitchen, catering, or meal prep environment preferredStrong understanding of food safety and handling standards (ServSafe certification a plus)Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently with large batch productionComfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbsReliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamAbout the OpportunityThis is a full-time positionThis is on-site, requiring all hours to be worked in Midway, UtahKitchen hours are from 8:30am to 6:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with individual schedules determined by the Sous Chef.Why You Want to Work HerePaid Time Off (vacation plus 10 company holidays)
