Duties include preparing menu items using various equipment including a range with woks, fryer and a combi oven. You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen organized and running efficiently while ensuring proper food handling, sanitation and food storage procedures. Blockhead features an open kitchen and you will be expected to work effectively with the front-of-the-house team in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
