If you have a love for creating delicious dishes and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standardsAssist with the development of new menu items and specialsMaintain a clean and organized kitchen workspaceEnsure food safety and sanitation practices are followedCollaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food productionRequirements:2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen environmentFood Handler's Certificate or ServSafe CertificationAbility to work well under pressure and in a team settingStrong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsPassion for creating high-quality, delicious dishesAbout Us:Boss 5 Star Lounge is a new, up-and-coming Live Entertainment spot in Old Downtown Sacramento.
