Work with special diets. Serve meals in a resident dining area. Assemble assorted diet food mechanically altered other requirements and daily snacks. Responsible for next day breakfast lunch or dinner prep and catered/special events prep.Minimum QualificationsPrevious experience preferred. Must be Serv Safe certified within one year of employment. Hampton Roads Fats Oil and Grease Training aka HR F.O.G. Certification RequiredAdditional ConsiderationsThree years experience in institutional food preparation or related field is desirable.
