Assures quality food service for our residents, staff and guests. Supervises high school/evening staff.POSITIONQUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to follow standardized recipes. Knowledge of basic cooking principles preferred. Able to perform simple calculations. Regular attendance is required.Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
