Join our team and play a key role in revitalizing our food and beverage operations, which include a full-service restaurant, bar, and a large conference center.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepares foods according to specifications and quality standards established in recipes and proceduresPrepares equipment and food based on forecasted needs and eventsMaintains working knowledge of all kitchen machinery operationsMaintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients Maintains appropriate inventory controls and dates all incoming productsAssists in ordering, receiving, and storing of all food and beverage related productsAssists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members    Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency  Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadershipQualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner
