SummaryWe are currently seeking a Stock Manager who will report to the Store Director. YOUR OPPORTUNITY The Stock Manager is responsible for ensuring all HOH roles and responsibilities are performed effectively and in accordance with Balenciagas Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines. The Stock Manager works with store management to monitor and maintain store operations inventory budget customer service etc.Job DescriptionHOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEOversee policies and procedures according to Balenciagas Operations Manual and Global Stockroom GuidelinesManage and perform daily shipping and receiving roles and responsibilities efficientlyTroubleshoot inventory discrepanciesReceive merchandiseComplete monthly store reconciliationREPAIRSIn stores with CSR function partner closely on repair managementHandle repairs in a timely manner and communicate concerns appropriatelyShip out repairs weekly and follow up as neededINVENTORYPerform cycle countsMonitor and resolve negatives in a timely manner to prevent discrepanciesMaintain and organize HOH; proactively work to prevent LP and sales issuesPrepare and organize annual inventory according to Kering guidelinesSUPPLIES AND COST MANAGEMENTEnsure costs are aligned with budgetSupplies (i.e. shipping stationary packaging etc.) are well equipped at all times; order as neededOPENING & CLOSING PROCEDURESPerform opening & closing procedures according to Balenciaga and Kering GuidelinesFacilitates Management and Maintenance:Coordinate HVAC electrical lighting plumbing fire monitoring elevator maintenance pest control as well as store planning updates with corporate teamREPORTINGEnsure all necessary daily weekly monthly reporting is submitted (i.e. reconciliation packaging etc.)SALES AND SUPPORTSupport the sales floor as neededWork on additional projects as directed by managementWHO YOU ARE6 years of operational experience within luxury retailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Processing) JDA etc.Ability to react quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environmentA strong communicator with proven ability to interact regularly with internal and external individualsAbility to lift and move bulk merchandiseProven ability to drive resultsExcellent organizational skillsCommercial awareness and strong business acumenTalent for managing coaching and developing a teamStrong communication skillsWHY WORK WITH USThis is an exciting opportunity to join Balenciagas Wynn Las Vegas team as a Stock Manager who will drive the business and contribute to the brand philosophy.
