Hire and manage all room, house, and public area team members; provide training to team members regularly; identify areas of improvement and efficiencyEnsure that stay-over and vacant attendant service is consistently performed by room attendantsInspect all assigned guest rooms to ensure quality and safety standards are metDemonstrate proper use of cleaning chemicals for designated surfacesHandle cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements More about you Must be 21 years of age or olderOne year of housekeeping supervisor experience at a resort or hotel requiredEffective verbal and written communication skills No college degree required Physical requirements Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing dutiesOccasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsVisual acuity sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces Shift details DaysEveningsHolidaysWeekendsEvents Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
