DESCRIPTIONVenue 252 is a state-of-the-art urban event space at 252 Lawrence St in Eugene, and we are seeking full-time teammates to join our team! The Venue is a modern structure with a forward thinking food experience that serves intimate parties and large scale events. This position starts at $16.10/hour up to $18.60/hour depending on experience with growth opportunity up to $19.60/hour.Venue 252 features professional, state of the art, modern facilities in a friendly and professional work environment. Our company offers a benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, competitive wages, and a matching 401(k) retirement plan.DUTIESSome of your responsibilities will include:Common knowledge of how a fast paced kitchen functions and operatesAccurately prepare food customer orders in a prompt and courteous mannerQuality and consistency of food / quality and volume of workFlexible scheduleMaintain positive relations with customers, vendors and employeesQUALIFICATIONSCooks must have a current food handlers card or ServSafe certificate, and on-call bartenders must have a current OLCC Service Permit.Catering experience is preferred, but not required. Having large party functions, special events, as well as intimate dining experiences is a plus.
