This position will assist the kitchen staff with the daily upkeep of the facility's kitchen.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Cook and prepare foodServes food in proper pre-determined portion sizes and at the correct temperatureMaintains appearance of all equipment and serving countersMaintains inventory in the stock roomCleans kitchen area before and after business hoursScrubs, sanitizes, and stores pots and pans, utensils, and dishesPerforms other related duties as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Understand and follow both oral and written instructionsMust be available on weekends, nights, and some weekdaysMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionEffective time management skillsPrior experience in food industry preferred WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift up to 40 poundsAble to tolerate extreme temperaturesSignificant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pullingJob Posted by ApplicantPro
