This role requires the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, both independently and as part of a team.Essential FunctionsPrepare meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes.Serve food following established portion control procedures.Ensure food is cooked at proper temperatures and complete required checklists and logs.Assist with inventory management and receiving deliveries.Work with the Executive Chef/Chef Manager to coordinate menus and special requests.Adapt schedule when necessary to accommodate urgent situations.Follow all safe food handling procedures, including proper glove use.Perform daily and scheduled cleaning tasks according to company policies.Adhere to therapeutic and mechanically altered diet guidelines as required.Other DutiesThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or activities.
