Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:The per diem Relief Cook helps to cover the House Chef's absence, to include weekends, holidays and vacations.The Relief Cook is responsible for safe food handling practices in accordance with sanitation/infection control and universal precaution procedures, preparation of lunch and dinner for the house, and assisting with the therapeutic nutritional needs of the residents. This position also assists the House Chef in working with the residents to develop the household menus and special food orders.
