In this role, you'll help lead the kitchen, support the dietary department when the Chef is away, and create delicious, well-presented meals our residents truly look forward to. Rotating weekend availability required

What You'll Be Cooking Up:

• Preparing and serving nutritious, great-tasting meals

• Planning food production to align with meal service times

• Following standard recipes and special diet orders

• Safely operating kitchen equipment like a pro

• Maintaining top-notch sanitation and food safety standards

• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly

• Supporting and leading the dietary team when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous cooking or culinary experience

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques

• A sharp eye for detail and presentation

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen

• A team player with a positive attitude
