Using a multidisciplinary approach of best practices, individual success will be celebrated and students’ lives will be improved.WE WILL ALWAYS BE A SOURCE OF HOPEWHO YOU AREThe Hope Learning Center is looking for a Clinical Director of the Hope Therapy Center who will effectively lead a team of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of children. The Director will work closely with both the Executive Team and service providers to foster an environment of collaboration, growth, and quality care. Through Clinical and Administrative responsibilities, this position will play a key role in reaching the clinic's goals of: ensuring that clients meet the goals and objectives of the program, creating an atmosphere where learning and excelling to the greatest potential are a part of the clinic and in-home culture, and improving learning for clients affected by developmental disorders through curriculum development, technician training, family support, outreach, technology, and public awareness.WHAT YOU’LL DOOversee the center’s daily operations and clinic staff work processesUse and monitor an Electronic Medical Records systemOversee insurance billing by collaborating with the Billing CoordinatorEngage in the referral and intake process for new clientsPartner with the Administrative Director to schedule clients and staffAccountable for direct report's job results by coaching and counseling employeesPlan, monitor, and appraise job results and conduct ongoing trainingImplement skill assessment (e.g., VB-MAPP) and functional assessment measures.Develop programs, procedures, and training for clinic staff to ensure client focused operations are in compliance with established guidelinesCollect information about clients using interviews, case histories, observational techniques, and other assessment methodsDiagnose psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders using information obtained from interviews, tests, records, or reference materialsDevelop therapy and treatment plans based on client needsEvaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of diagnoses and treatments plansConduct one on one and group therapy sessionsProvide parent training to increase understanding of the therapy processTrack client client progress and recommend treatment updates if needed Collaborate with the Executive Team to identify areas for strategic improvement and growth.Perform any additional duties as deemed necessary by the Executive DirectorWHAT YOU’LL NEEDQualificationsMaster’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or PsychologyBehavior Specialist License AND Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board OR Licensed Psychologist 5 years of progressive experience in a clinic based setting (preferred)Experience with an Electronic Medical Records system (Central Reach preferred)Completion of 8-Hour Supervision Course PsychologyExperience working with individuals with developmental delaysClearances & Training RequiredAct 33 PA Child Abuse History ClearanceAct 34 PA State Criminal History ClearanceAct 114 FBI Clearance issued by the Dept of EducationAct 126 Mandated Reporter Training CertificateAct 168 from Previous Employers where you came into contact with childrenState License of Practice and/or CertificationCPR/First AidTB/PhysicalWHAT WE OFFERConsistent, Work-Life Friendly Schedule - Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm - no weekends or late nightsCompetitive Pay RateHealth Insurance - With employer contributionDental and Vision Insurance - 100% by employer paidPaid Time Off Company-sponsored 401(k)Professional Development OpportunitiesDiscount MarketEqual Opportunity and Non-Discrimination PolicyThe Hope Center is committed to maintaining fair and equitable employment practices in compliance with all applicable federal and state requirements.
