As a Cook in our adult residential Intensive Resdientail Treatment Services (IRTS) program, you’ll be at the heart of daily life—helping create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment through healthy, well-prepared meals. Your attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety supports our mission to promote wellness and inspire hope in every interaction.This is a great opportunity for someone who: Enjoys preparing meals with purpose, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to supporting adults on their recovery journey.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a safe, clean kitchen that meets state food safety regulationsPrepare meals aligned with dietary menus and client needsLabel, date, and rotate food to ensure freshness and safetyTrack inventory and maintain a three-day food supply at all timesCoordinate with staff for special events or occasionsParticipate in required training and ongoing learning opportunitiesRequirements, Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseHigh School/GED preferredWORK EXPERIENCEAt least one (1) year experience in a related field, specifically working with persons with a developmental disability and/or mental illness, preferredIND2
