Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our Culinary Arts Team in Restaurant 301's 'from-scratch' kitchen! In this role, you will be able to take ownership of preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. We are currently seeking both part-time and full-time availability! Wednesday - Sunday available shifts from 2PM - 10PM Monday - Sunday available shifts from 5AM - 1PMPay: $18 - $20/hour. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position; including experience, skills, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job. The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the leadership structure and driving the development of people, culture, and overall environment of the hotel. With proven history of hotel success, the GM ensures the effective and efficient operation of the building and is ultimately responsible for achieving guest satisfaction targets, brand standard execution and positive financial performance. In addition to hiring, training and directing new staff, the GM works closely with the local community to establish close relationships and build support for the hotel.
