Hours: Mon?Fri 7:30?AM4:00?PM (FULL TIME IN PERSON)
Pay: Up to $25.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Establish courteous and professional relationships with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and co-workers.
• Assist in dispatching calls for optimal service and operational efficiencies.
• Answer phones, handle service calls, and manage invoicing.
• Maintain excellent customer communication.
• Adhere to manufacturer authorization procedures before dispatching work.

Qualifications

• 12 years of Customer Service experience.
• Knowledge of dispatch systems or logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fast and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
