TerraBella communities together account for more than 2200 units and span a full spectrum of senior living and care options, including Active Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and available, short-term Respite Care. TerraBella Senior Living is looking for a Cook/Server to join our community TerraBella Southport. This is a part-time position with the possibility to become full-time for the right person!Responsibilities:Prepare hot and cold menu items which requires working on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and on the service line;Ensure the proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and the standardized recipes;Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability. Assist with meal service in the dining roomClean/Reset the dining room after mealsWash DishesVarious Dietary duties as neededQualifications:Previous experience in Senior Living preferredExperience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety requiredGreat organizational skills a mustStrong communication skillsAttention to detail and presentation of food product is requiredMust be able to work weekendsBenefits:In addition to a rewarding career and competitive salary, TerraBella offers a comprehensive benefits package.
