Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Chef to complete our team in our scratch kitchen on the salad/fry station. The position is an opportunity to learn advanced culinary techniques from the owner/ Executive Chef Keith Blauschild, CEC. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking our menu items in accordance with our standards and recipes.Compensation is dependent on experience. Skills & RequirementsThorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation StandardsBasic knowledge of kitchen equipment use and operationExperience grilling and sautéingExcellent knife skillsWork collaboratively with other kitchen staff, FOH staff, and management. Maintain a clean and organized workstationAbility to bend, stoop, stand, kneel and crouch more than 50% of the time. Ability to lift 30 poundsAbility to speak, read and write EnglishMust also possess the ability to taste and respond to visual and aural cues; must be able to verbally communicate with employees at all times.
