Hotel Manager at The Foundry Hotel Asheville, Curio Collection

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the Rooms department and assist in the daily operations at The Foundry Hotel Asheville Curio Collection by Hilton. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of hotel management and hospitality services including accounts payable processes reporting and supporting the General Manager in developing and communicating departmental strategies and goals.Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all Rooms Department and hotel activitiesOversee daily operations and maintenance of the Rooms DepartmentCollaborate with Executive Teams in F&B Sales and Engineering to ensure smooth hotel operationsEnsure guest satisfaction and promptly resolve issuesSupervise and train Front Office and Housekeeping Department Heads and staffAssist in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve goalsCommunicate and enforce hotel policies and proceduresRecommend disciplinary or staffing actions as neededProvide hands-on support for Front Office and Housekeeping operationsManage accounts receivable and payable processes ensuring timely payments and accurate financial reportingMaintain a safe secure environment for guests employees and hotel assetsRecommend capital improvements and perform other duties as assignedRequirements:Previous hotel management experiencePossesses expert knowledge of AAA and Forbes standards coupled with a strong acumen for delivering exceptional upscale hotel guest service.Leader with a hands-on approach to training development and delivering exceptional customer service.Knowledge of front office housekeeping revenue and reservationsProficiency in financial management and AP/AR processesStrong leadership communication and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle emergenciesFamiliarity with hotel operations and industry trendsValid drivers license and reliable transportation for occasional off-property errandsBenefits:Competitive salaryHealth insurancePaid time offCareer development opportunitiesAbout the Company:The Foundry Hotel Asheville Curio Collection by Hilton is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.
