The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations- Adapt to menu changes and special dietary requirements as neededSkills and Qualifications:- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsWe are open Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm (9pm in summer).
