The Opportunity Shape the Future with Us

As a Controller(E) De Documents Site, you will be at the heart of information flow within major engineering projects. You will play a key role in structuring, reliability, and fluidity of documentary data, contributing directly to the success of complex and high-impact projects.

This position is based in Montreal, Quebec, with assignment to the construction site office and possibility of remote work as needed by the project.

Your Impact

  • Ensure document control of several engineering projects, EPC/EPCM, and construction, of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain project documentary environments in platforms such as InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, ACC, and BIM 360.
  • Structure rigorously numbering systems, metadata, workflows, and revision controls.
  • Manage accurately transmissions, submissions, revisions, and approvals to support tight schedules.
  • Provide support and advice to internal teams and clients on standards and best practices in document control.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with templates, naming conventions, and project standards.
  • Maintain version integrity and support document audits as needed.
  • Demonstrate agility in quickly readjusting priorities as projects evolve.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in document control in engineering, EPC/EPCM, or construction environments.
  • Demonstrated experience within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in document management systems (InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, BIM 360).
  • Exceptional rigor, attention to detail, and excellent organization.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Agility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes (asset).

Remuneration

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 $76,200 MB & ON: $52,500 $72,300 NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $52,000 $69,000
