Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNursing Administration CoordinatorPhiladelphia, PA$31.85/hourThe Nursing Administration Coordinator is responsible for scheduling nursing staff for substance use disorder (SUD) and Behavioral Health (BHH) programs. This role ensures adequate coverage for all shifts, maintains scheduling systems, and provides support to nursing teams. The Nursing Administration Coordinator will also fill in shifts as needed to maintain continuity of care. Section 3: Major ResponsibilitiesDIRECT DUTIES:Develop and maintain nursing schedules for SUD and BHH programs to ensure adequate coverageCoordinate with program leadership to address staffing needs and resolve scheduling conflictsMonitor attendance and manage last-minute changes or call-offsFill in nursing shifts as needed to maintain continuity of careCommunicate schedule updates promptly to nursing staff and supervisorsMaintain accurate records of schedules and staffing assignmentsAssist with onboarding and orientation of new nursing staffEnsure compliance with organizational policies and state regulations related to staffing and schedulingSection 6: Job Qualifications and CompetenciesJob Qualifications.Active LPN license in PennsylvaniaMinimum 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in Behavioral Health or Substance Use Disorder programsExperience with staff scheduling and workforce coordinationStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours and fill shifts when necessaryProficiency with scheduling software and Electronic Health RecordsTeam-oriented with problem-solving skillsAbout Company:Apis Services, Inc.
