Coordinator, Sales – Group Sales (Temporary) at Universal Orlando

JOB SUMMARY:To support all Youth Sales related activities.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Administrative duties associated with:Supporting all efforts related to the Graduation EventsCommunicating with internal and external clientsAnswering and responding to inquiries on the Youth Sales phone lineResponding to email inquiries related to Youth ProgramsResponsible for supporting the sales efforts of the Youth Sales team.Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION:High school degree or GED required.Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.EXPERIENCE: 1 year Hotel/Hospitality industry administrative experience (preferably sales) required.Experience with SalesForce customer management software and student group travel operators preferred.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & ABILITIES:Microsoft OfficeSales and MarketingFlexibilityYour talent skills and experience will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package.Universal Orlando Resort.
