We will be the most trusted health partner for life.Hours:Monday-FridayPart-Time Evenings; .3FTE (12 hours per week)3:00pm to 11:30pmRotating weekends and holidaysArea: Core LabLocation: Loyola Medical Center Maywood ILNo Visa sponsorship available and No F-1 STEM OPT extension program availableAbout the roleIn this role the Medical Lab Scientist is responsible for supporting the delivery of patient care by performing laboratory testing that is utilized in the diagnosis treatment and prevention of disease. This includes waived moderate and high complexity testing.*Experience with waived moderate and high complexity testing in a clinical laboratory setting through education or work experience required*What Youll DoPerform all laboratory testing including pre-analytical procedures in accordance with standard operating procedures and accreditation standards to support patient care.Conduct and document quality control procedures for tests equipment reagents and media.
