Backed by hundreds of millions from top-tier investors and staffed by leading engineers Etched is redefining the infrastructure layer for the fastest growing industry in history.We are an in-person team in San Jose CA and are on-site 5 days a week.The roleThe Core Operations team tackles critical challenges across the organization and works directly with our leadership team.This role requires business acumen analytical skills strong interpersonal skills and ownership of high-priority initiatives. While your focus will shift over time you will be working on the most important problems of today. It will be fast-paced entrepreneurial and offer opportunities to take on greater responsibilities while helping shape our companys direction.Key responsibilitiesSupport Mission-Critical Initiatives: support the execution of high-priority high-scope projects ensuring measurable outcomes that align with the companys objectives.Facilitate Leadership Decision-Making: assist in preparing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to the leadership team through rigorous data analysis identifying process gaps and driving performance improvements across the business.Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: work cross-functionally between the executive team and departments across the organization to track progress and ensure timely high-quality execution of key projects.Establish Operational Metrics: Work with leadership to set and track key performance indicators monitoring organizational performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.You may be a good fit if you have:Previous internship experience in high-ownership high-pressure roles within finance consulting or startup environments.Ability to support multiple concurrent high-impact projects from inception to completion.
