  • Maintain strong internal controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of payroll or payroll accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, payroll taxes, and compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems (UKG, ADP, Workday, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
  • Experience working in large, complex, or multi-entity environments

  • Experience with system implementations or large-scale process redesigns
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or similar certification

Why Join Us

  • Leadership impact: Own and shape payroll accounting processes across the organization
  • Cross-functional exposure: Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external auditors
