The Sr. Corporate Accounts Director will lead all aspects of Corporate Account strategy by developing strategic business relationships with regional companies to secure funding for organizational priorities. You will report to the Region SVP Development & Community Health. Be Valued at the American Heart Association by following us onLinkedInInstagramFacebookX and .Responsibilities In this role you will work with regional markets on accounts exceeding six figures.Donor cultivation includes developing plans and strategies to grow and diversify the relationship with a defined group of sponsorship opportunities.Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the regions leadership team and markets to understand their needs and link them to the organizations offerings and strategies.Account Management throughout the relationship includes:Identifying and assembling internal teamsAssigning tasks and timelines with the project teamSupporting the project team by checking in for status updates driving accountability setting deadlines and helping address internal and external obstaclesManages cause account activation campaigns for identified sponsors and coordinates logistics and administrative support for campaigns as assignedParticipating in internal and external meetings to take thorough notes and assign actions post-meetingsFostering cross-departmental collaboration among all teams involvedCreating closing plans and contracts and working with the legal team and others for reviewCreating and maintaining cause account budgetsPerforms other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope and responsibility of the job level and family. Additionally this team member will collaborate directly with regional and market leadership motivating staff and volunteers nationwide to ensure the campaign continues to grow its supporters and visibility.QualificationsWant to help get your resume to the top Look at the experience we require:Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferredFive (5) years minimum prior relevant experienceFive (5) years of experience in negotiation and solution-oriented problem-solving with large corporate sponsors/businessesFive (5) years of experience in contract negotiation and non-profit fundraising executionExperience developing and delivering presentations to both large and small groupsThree (3)years of consulting and interacting with C Suite executivesThree (3) years of experience in sales greater than $500000Ability to travel frequently 25% or more; requires access to reliable transportation at all times on an immediate basis.Compensation & BenefitsThe expected pay range will be $84400 to $112500. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials may apply to the pay range. This position is incentive-eligible based on achieving certain targets.
