As a key leader you will foster a collaborative environment and support career growth for yourself and others.As a Corporate Center Location Management Vice President in Corporate Location Management you will lead strategic initiatives to ensure efficient operations and a vibrant campus culture. You will collaborate with stakeholders to promote employee engagement manage site governance and support infrastructure improvements serving as the main point of contact for location matters.Job Responsibilities:Oversee site program governance ensuring effective management and compliance with firmwide standardsDevelop and maintain reporting and analysis to assess success metrics for projects and initiativesImplement change readiness strategies to support workplace renovation initiativesConduct updates workshops and feedback sessions to ensure alignment for transformation initiativesDrive employee engagement and elevate site culture through events and initiatives as the Voice of the employeeManage communication channels with local teams to ensure consistent messagingRoll out site-specific and firmwide initiatives to enhance workplace operations and employee experienceServe as the main point of contact for onsite support issue remediation and escalationCreate executive presentations and coordinate senior leader market visitsCoordinate and support infrastructure improvements by partnering with Chief Administrative Office teamsCollaborate with Human Resources on talent and mobility programming retention strategies and employee survey action planningRequired Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:7 years of program or project management experienceSuperior communication and relationship management skillsAbility to analyze and interpret large data sets from multiple sourcesStrong aptitude for packaging data to tell a storyStrong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative cultureProven ability to present to a variety of audiences in a concise and informative mannerCreative strategic thinker with high standards focused on supporting the employee experienceProficient in PowerPoint Excel and WordBachelors degree or equivalent work experience requiredPreferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:Experience partnering with Analyst and Intern programs Volunteer Leadership Groups or Business Resource GroupsExperience supporting green and sustainability initiativesRequired Experience:Exec Key Skills Change Management,Financial Services,Growing Experience,Managed Care,Management Experience,Analysis Skills,Senior Leadership,Performance Management,Process Management,Leadership Experience,negotiation,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 109250 - 170000
