DescriptionRobert Half is partnering with a well-established, global company in its search for a Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, this attorney will advise on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters, delivering practical, business minded guidance across an international organization. Hybrid flexibility with 1 or 2 days in office in Sarasota, FL. Competitive salary plus bonus and long-term incentive compensation.Responsibilities include:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including MSAs, customer contracts, NDAs, licensing agreements, and distributor arrangementsAdvising on regulatory and compliance matters across federal, state, and international jurisdictionsPartnering with Finance, HR, Compliance, and Operations on timely, practical legal adviceIdentifying and mitigating legal risk and recommending proactive solutionsSupporting M& A due diligence, deal structuring, and integration on acquisitionsAdvising on employment matters and internal policy alongside HROverseeing IP protection and coordinating with outside counsel on filingsManaging pre-litigation disputes and litigation or arbitration with outside counselRequirementsQualifications:J.D. and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar4+ years of relevant legal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, in-house experience preferredStrong background in corporate law, commercial contracts, and complianceComfort operating in a global organization with cross border transactionsFamiliarity with data privacy, cybersecurity, or international regulatory frameworks a plusFor the fastest response, send resume to Deb Montero on LinkedIn.Job typePerm
