Corporate Development Associate

As a member of the Corporate Development team, you work collaboratively across functions to identify, evaluate, and negotiate both acquisition and strategic investment opportunities. You understand the industry landscape and regional nuances, and provide the management team with the needed insight to drive intelligent, sound decision-making. With an air of humility, you bring strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgment, along with the ability to think about what is -- and what could be.

Responsibilities include:

• Research industry trends, engaged landscape and internal product development efforts.
• Identify, evaluate, and value acquisition and investment opportunities.
• Develop ecosystem relationships and attend events to understand key trends/perspectives.
• Help drive management team decisions, and support agreement negotiations and execution.
• Interface with Google product and engineering teams.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $123000 - $177000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
