DescriptionJoin the dynamic Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Corporate Development Chief Financial Officer group and have the opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping strategic collaborations that drive success and growth in the evolving business.As a Senior Associate within the Corporate Development Finance team you will support and analyze new partner opportunities across all Chase lines of business. You will partner closely with key finance and business partners to deliver financially optimal and effective partnerships and deals.Job responsibilitiesSupport and analyze new partnership opportunities across Chases lines of businessBe responsible for forecasting performance and valuation of potential external partnerships using financial modeling and critical thinkingSupport business development to create and present compelling business cases for internal and external proposals based on your partnership evaluationBe responsible for the valuation of potential new co-brand partnership opportunitiesDevelop enhance and maintain existing and new valuation models and methodologiesHandle daily interaction with key stakeholders across Finance Corporate Development and all Chase Lines of Business to understand and deliver business needs while managing numerous concurrent initiativesCollaborate with the Merger and Acquisition team on due diligence for acquisitions and strategic investmentsRequired qualifications capabilities and skillsBachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related discipline4 years of business experience in strong analytical positionsincludingfinancial valuations or investment decisioningDemonstrated leadership in terms of attitude initiative and inclusivityStrong mix of analytical written and presentation skillsKnowledge of different valuation methodologies and experience in valuation of companies/portfoliosAbility to research and understand competitor product suite and participate in building products to win in the marketExperience in interacting and communicating recommendations to business leaders for line of businessProficient in Excel and PowerPointPreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsInvestment banking finance strategy consulting card background preferredInfluencing skills and ability to concisely articulate key recommendationsComfort in working with ambiguous goals and objectivesSuperior organizational and process skills attention to detailProactive continually drives to understand unique needs of each business and/or program and challenges status quoAdditional InformationApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are not ableto provide immigration sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Final Job Grade level and corporate title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.This role does not provide relocation assistance so all candidates must be local to the work locations listed in the job posting or willing to relocate on their own immediately upon hiringRequired Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Financial Services,Financial Concepts,Accounting,Corporate Finance,Analysis Skills,Securities Law,Investment Banking,Microsoft Excel,Private equity,Financial Analysis,Financial Modeling,Financial Planning Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Finance Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 99750 - 140000
