This internship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with our Corporate Development team on projects that shape the companys future. You will gain hands-on experience in evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions conducting in-depth market research and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical individual eager to learn and contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced corporate environmentKey Responsibilities:Assist the Corporate Development team in the identification evaluation execution and integration of acquisition opportunitiesConduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and potential risks in various industries.Assist in the development of financial models and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions partnerships and other strategic initiatives.Support the due diligence process by gathering and organizing relevant data coordinating with cross-functional teams and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.Skills and knowledge most relevant to the job:Curious motivated and self-drivenStrong research analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skillsPossess business acumen and be comfortable dealing with ambiguityExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.PTC carefully considers a wide variety of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated average hourly rate for this position is $32/hour. This rate reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
