This is a primarily remote position open to those residing in North Dakota South Dakota Minnesota Nebraska Montana Wyoming or Idaho.Responsibilities:Develop and implement company-wide dining strategies that align with resident satisfaction wellness and operational goalsOversee menu developmentLead mentor and support regional and community-level dining directorsEnsure consistency in food quality safety sanitation and regulatory compliance across all locationsManage food service budgets vendor contracts and cost controls to ensure financial sustainabilityRegularly travel to communities and meetingsQualifications:Registered Dietitian preferredMinimum Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR)Previous multi-facility management experienceMinimum 5 years of dining services management experienceA desire to continue learning and improving your skillsetPassion and drive for helping othersEdgewoodoffers of employmentare contingent uponpassing a background check and drug screen.About Edgewood: Edgewood Healthcare has been providing outstanding care and services for seniors since 1992.
