Corporate Maintenance Manager at Alexandria Industries

Rather it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished.Promote and support a safety-first culture; ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and company safety programsDevelop and implement multi-year maintenance strategies focused on up-time improvement and cost efficiency.Plan schedule and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Provide leadership mentorship and development for maintenance personnel using servant leadership principles.Collaborate with the COO to develop budgets and manage expenses within approved limits.Oversee CMMS utilization ensuring accurate data entry and reporting on KPIs such as uptime downtime and PM completion.Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure safety while in our plants along with quality and cost-effective service.Lead initiatives to transition from reactive to proactive maintenance practices.Manage spare parts and consumable inventory to support maintenance operations.Support employee performance reviews coaching and growth planning to build a high-performing team.Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.Oversee facility utilities systems and grounds maintenance to ensure optimal operation and appearance.Serve as a key point of contact for cross-department collaboration on maintenance-related projects.OTHER JOB DUTIES (Not considered essential to the job)Perform all other related assignments (including special projects) as required in a professional and cooperative manner.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Bachelors degree in industrial Electrical Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.Experience:Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Demonstrated success leading maintenance teams and implementing CMMS-based maintenance programsOther required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Proficiency with CMMS software Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance planning tools.Strong technical background in mechanical electrical and automation systems (PLC robotics hydraulics).Excellent communication problem solving and organizational skills.Servant leadership mindset and ability to empower teams through mentorship and accountability.Strong project management and budgeting abilities.Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints schematics and specifications.Physical ability to access various areas of the facility as needed for inspections and support.BENEFITSA.I.
