- 8 plus years of legal experience working on private securities offerings and entity agreements
- Maintain existing client relationships and business
- Ability to maintain and expand client relationships
- Experience representing issuers and investors in private securities
- drafting and negotiating LLC agreements, Partnership agreements, stockholder agreements, articles of incorporations, etc
