You may review modify or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions the Corporate Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all design space planning construction office furnishings and interior finish needs for the Corporation to ensure the optimal utilization of our facilities.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvides advanced planning to optimize the occupancy and operating efficiency of Regions large footprint of owned and leased locationsProvides the management of construction and renovation projects including planning design construction etc.Supports the space management systems with inventory of building plans for Regions owned and leased locationsProvides furniture and move management services for all Regions locations as assignedTakes responsibility for quality customer service strategic planning and project reportingMonitors vendor servicesMaintains budgetsManages health/safety environmental issuesAchieves cost efficienciesThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.RequirementsBachelors degree in a related fieldFive (5) years ofproject planning or related experiencePreferencesBanking or financial services industry experienceSkills and CompetenciesExcellent analytical skillsExcellent organizational written and communication skillsExcellent problem solving and priority managementThis position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidates qualifications and relevant experience.Position TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
