Corporate Recruiter - Temporary Location Plano, TX Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $35-$42 per hour Full-time hours; standard business schedule W2 Approx. 6-month duration ROLE IMPACT This role supports full-cycle recruiting across technical, corporate, and strategic functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to drive efficient hiring processes, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a professional candidate experience. Success is defined by timely hires, organized process management, and high-quality candidate engagement. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer stage Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria Screen applicants, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews while ensuring process compliance Develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other creative channels Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and identify process improvements Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience (open to junior or experienced recruiters; prior full-cycle experience preferred) Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and managing recruiting documentation Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment Core Tools & Systems Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) LinkedIn Recruiter and online job boards Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Calendar management and interview scheduling tools Preferred Skills Experience recruiting for technical or corporate roles Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with strong attention to detail Process-driven mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
