Corporate Security Systems Analyst at Best Buy

As a Corporate Security Systems Analyst, you'll help keep our people, spaces, and operations safe by owning the systems that protect them. You'll manage access control, video surveillance, and visitor systems used across our corporate and logistics locations. On a typical day, you'll troubleshoot issues, partner with internal teams and vendors, and make sure our security technology works the way it should. If you enjoy hands on system work and solving real world problems, this role offers meaningful impact and variety.

This role is on site, which means you would be required to work at a designated Best Buy location.

What you'll do

• Manage and support access control, CCTV, and visitor management systems across the enterprise.
• Handle badge access and permissions for employees, contractors, and third party partners.
• Monitor system alerts and respond to incidents with clear communication and follow up.
• Troubleshoot issues and support upgrades, migrations, and new site deployments.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to keep systems running smoothly and securely.
• Create reports, documentation, and training to support compliance and daily operations.

Basic qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT, systems, or technical support role.
• 3+ years working with access control systems like Lenel OnGuard.
• 3+ years administering CCTV platforms such as Milestone or Genetec.

Preferred qualifications

• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non technical partners.
• Experience with visitor management platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise networks and Microsoft operating systems.
• Experience working with Active Directory.
• Exposure to compliance standards such as PCI or HITRUST.
• Experience supporting large, multi site environments.
