Life Takes You Places! Are you ready to join us? The starting base salary range for a VP-Strategic Growth & Market Enablement is $175,000 to $250,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and company tenure & equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance. VP-Strategic Growth & Market Enablement OverviewThe Vice President of Strategic Growth & Market Enablement will serve as a critical connector and driver across all market-facing growth functions. This leader will own go-to-market strategy, proposal excellence, competitive intelligence, and select business development initiatives, enabling the EVP to focus on enterprise strategy and strategic partnerships. This critical role requires both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can translate strategy into execution that advances the company's growth agenda.Essential Duties:Team Leadership:Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team across strategy, business development, proposal management, market research, and GTM executionFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvementMarket Intelligence:Lead competitive and market intelligence efforts, including scanning, analysis, and synthesisTranslate intelligence into actionable insights that shape positioning and growth strategiesDevelop executive-ready profiles, reports, and briefings to track competitor moves and industry trendsBusiness Development Support:Research and evaluate prospective Blue Plan and national partnership opportunitiesCraft compelling positioning and tailored value narratives for new business pursuitsCollaborate with the EVP of Strategy & Business Development on high-priority initiativesProposal Management:Oversee the proposal/RFP function to ensure timely, high-quality, and persuasive submissionsEstablish and enforce repeatable processes, templates, and best practicesPartner cross-functionally to refine win themes and ensure aligned messagingGo-to-Market Strategy & Execution:Translate corporate strategy into clear, partner and broker-facing messagingDrive coordination and alignment across marketing, sales, product, and underwriting to ensure consistent executionLead cross-functional delivery of campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement initiativesRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution with measurable resultsStrong understanding of the big picture and internal and external factors can impact the success of the organizationAbility to apply advanced critical thinking to solve highly complex challenges that may impact the organizationDemonstrated leadership success in building and managing cross-functional teams, lead by example, promote a culture of integrity, innovation, and accountability and ensures compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical standardsExceptional executive-level communication, storytelling, and executive presence as well as interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree, or related experience10-12 years' experience with 3-5 years' experience as a Director or higher15+ years of progressive experience in strategy, growth, or market enablement roles, ideally with P&L accountability, marketing experience, and growth pipeline developmentPreferred Education and Experience:MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred3-5 years' of experience leading managers or multiple teams Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
