Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager Job Location: Pittsburgh PA Job Type: Full Time Job Description: Lead and manage corporate tax engagements from planning through completion Oversee preparation and review of federal state and local corporate income tax returns Manage ASC 740 income tax accounting projects including provision preparation and audit support Supervise coach and mentor associates seniors and interns; provide performance feedback Conduct technical tax research and provide consulting on complex corporate tax matters Review staff-prepared tax workpapers and returns ensuring accuracy and compliance Identify opportunities to expand services and support business development efforts Maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively with client leadership Coordinate and support responses to IRS state and local tax authority inquiries Analyze client operations and processes to identify tax-saving opportunities Prepare reports documentation and deliverables related to tax compliance and accounting Collaborate with internal specialists including the firms national tax office on complex issues Ensure adherence to professional standards and client confidentiality Participate in ongoing training and professional development Key Skills Tax Experience,Accounting Software,GAAP,QuickBooks,Accounting,Sage,Account Reconciliation,Analysis Skills,Research Experience,SOX,Microsoft Excel,Financial Analysis Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
