Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain standard costs for raw materials labor and overhead. Analyze production costs variances and provide detailed explanations for deviations. Manage inventory valuation including costing methods obsolescence reserves and cycle counts. Prepare detailed cost reports profitability analysis and margin analysis for management. Support the budgeting and forecasting process for cost of goods sold and manufacturing expenses.
