Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain standard costs for raw materials labor and manufacturing overhead. Analyze manufacturing costs variances and provide insights into cost drivers and trends. Perform inventory valuation reconciliation and obsolescence analysis for raw materials WIP and finished goods. Prepare detailed cost reports profitability analysis and product margin analysis. Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes related to production costs and inventory. Identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements in production. Support month-end close activities including journal entries for COGS inventory and production variances. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. 3-5 years of cost accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles including standard costing variance analysis and inventory valuation. Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced costing modules within major ERP systems (e.g. SAP CO-PC Oracle EBS Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O). Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau). Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation or actively pursuing.
