Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain standard costs for raw materials labor and overhead. Perform detailed variance analysis (material labor overhead) and report findings. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. 3-5 years of progressive cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. In-depth knowledge of GAAP cost accounting principles inventory valuation methods and variance analysis. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data identify cost drivers and provide actionable insights.
