Key Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing costs variances and profitability. Develop and maintain standard costs for materials labor and overhead. Manage inventory valuation including work-in-process and finished goods. Prepare detailed cost reports budget vs. actual analyses and performance metrics. Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to production costs. Identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities and process improvements. Reconcile inventory accounts and ensure accuracy of cost data within the ERP system. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-5 years of progressive experience in cost accounting preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles including standard costing and variance analysis. Experience with inventory valuation BOM analysis and production reporting. Ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare accurate timely reports.
