Job Summary: This position is responsible for accurately calculating and quoting the total costs associated with parts and service repairs and maintenance. This includes identifying and understanding contract requirements determining key variables and providing recommendations based on technical knowledge with internal and external customers.Additionally this position is also responsible for ensuring all charges are accurately reflected against contracts.
